CATERING SERVICES
ORDERING
We kindly request orders be placed as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Breakfast and lunch orders must be received at least three (3) days prior to your event date.
While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. For orders with shorter lead times, please contact us directly to confirm.
CORPORATE CATERING
As a full-service catering company, Four Forks is pleased to create customized menus tailored to your specific event needs. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you on breakfast, lunch, and corporate event selections. Please inquire about our complete menu offerings.
DELIVERY & SET UP
Four Forks proudly delivers throughout the DFW area and surrounding Metroplex communities.
Orders requiring chafing dishes, equipment delivery, or pickup will incur an additional $100 delivery fee per event.
Please contact us regarding special set-up needs, as additional fees may apply depending on requirements.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required prior to delivery for all events.
HOT MENU ITEMS & WARMING
Hot menu selections require on-site warming to maintain proper serving temperature and food safety standards.
8-quart disposable chafing dishes with fuel are available for $12.00 each.
Please note that certain menu items may require additional heating time to ensure safe consumption.
A two (2) week notice is required for equipment rentals to ensure availability. Additional rental fees apply.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due prior to pick up or delivery. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
For large events or custom catering orders, additional terms may apply and will be outlined in your event proposal.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Parties 25 or less:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email no later than 10:00 AM, seven (7) business days prior to your event.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge, including cancellations due to inclement weather.
Large corporate or wedding events more than 30:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email no later than 10:00 AM, seven (21) days prior to your event.

Professional event supervisors, chefs, and servers are available upon request.
